1. 수집·처리하는 정보

• 카메라 영상 / 동영상 파일: 동작 분석을 위해 실시간으로 처리됩니다. 처리는 기기 내에서만 이루어지며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 분석 결과(각도·속도·점프 높이 등): 화면 표시용으로만 사용되며, 사용자가 직접 녹화·저장하지 않는 한 보관되지 않습니다.
• 설정값(언어·신장·프리미엄 구매/복원 상태): 사용자 편의를 위해 기기의 로컬 저장소에만 저장됩니다.

본 앱은 이름·연락처·위치 등 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 정보의 보관 및 전송

• 카메라 영상은 분석 직후 메모리에서 사라지며 별도로 저장하지 않습니다.
• 녹화 기능 사용 시 생성되는 영상 파일은 사용자 기기(사진 앱 등)에만 저장되며, 운영자는 접근할 수 없습니다.
• 분석은 외부 통신 없이 동작하므로 개인정보의 제3자 제공이 발생하지 않습니다.

3. 인앱결제(프리미엄)

• 프리미엄 기능은 Apple App Store의 인앱결제로 제공되며, 결제 처리는 Apple이 담당합니다.
• 본 앱은 카드번호 등 결제 정보를 수집·보관하지 않습니다. 앱에는 구매·복원 여부(잠금 해제 상태)만 기기 내에 저장됩니다.

4. 제3자 기술 사용 고지

• 본 앱은 자세 추정을 위해 Google MediaPipe 및 TensorFlow.js(오픈소스 라이브러리)를 사용합니다. 이들 라이브러리는 기기 내에서 실행되며 사용자 데이터를 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.

5. 카메라 권한

본 앱은 스포츠 동작을 분석하고 코칭 피드백을 제공하기 위해서만 카메라를 사용합니다. 모든 분석은 기기 내에서 처리되며 영상은 저장·전송되지 않습니다. 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다.

6. 이용 목적 안내

trajix는 스포츠 퍼포먼스 분석 및 트레이닝 코칭 보조를 위한 도구입니다. 의료 진단·치료·재활 목적의 의료기기가 아니며, 의학적 판단의 근거로 사용하기 위한 것이 아닙니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

본 앱은 개인 식별 정보를 수집·보관하지 않으므로 별도의 열람·정정·삭제 요청 대상 정보가 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 설정값은 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 기기 설정에서 직접 제거할 수 있습니다.

1. Information We Process

• Camera video / video files: processed in real time on-device for motion analysis only. Never uploaded.
• Analysis results (angles, speed, jump height): shown on screen only; not retained unless you record and save them yourself.
• Settings (language, height, premium purchase/restore state): stored only in your device's local storage.

The app does not collect personally identifiable information such as name, contact, or location.

2. Storage & Transmission

• Camera frames are discarded from memory immediately after analysis.
• Videos created via the recording feature are saved only to your device (e.g., Photos). The operator has no access.
• Analysis runs without external communication, so no third-party data sharing occurs.

3. In-App Purchases (Premium)

• Premium features are offered via Apple App Store in-app purchase; payment is processed by Apple.
• The app does not collect or store payment information (e.g., card numbers). Only your purchase/restore state (unlock status) is kept on your device.
• Apple's handling of payment and account data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Technology

• The app uses Google MediaPipe and TensorFlow.js (open-source libraries) for pose estimation. They run on-device and do not transmit user data.

5. Camera Permission

The camera is used solely to analyze sports movements and provide coaching feedback. All analysis is performed on-device; no video is recorded or transmitted without your action. You may revoke the permission anytime in device settings.

6. Intended Use

trajix is a tool for sports performance analysis and training/coaching assistance. It is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation, nor as a basis for medical decisions.

7. Your Rights

As the app collects no personally identifiable information, there is no such data to access, correct, or delete. Locally stored settings can be cleared by deleting app data or via device settings.
